Raised in Delhi, Louisiana, lead singer Troy Richards brings to the quartet smooth vocals and a deep love for the Lord. Since the group was established in 2005, God has blessed those attending its services with Troy's rich vocal tones. Troy works as Chief Operations Officer of Guaranty Bank in Delhi. He also serves the Delhi Presbyterian Church as an elder and often can be found operating the soundboard and assisting in many other activities for the church.

Baritone vocalist and group spokesman Jimmy Strong is also from the Delhi, Louisiana area. Jimmy has had a deep love of Southern Gospel music for many years and has long dreamed of singing praises to God in a quartet. Since the Lord granted Jimmy's wish, he has worked very hard and pushed the other members to also work harder to improve the effectiveness of the ministry with which the Lord has blessed them. For years, Jimmy built, owned and operated the Easy Way rent-to-own company before officially retiring. In addition to music, he loves deer hunting, hog hunting, and working with his hunting dogs.

A new addition to the group in 2007, Ricky Singley is a natural bass singer with deep tones that accent the other parts very well. He is also an outstanding soloist. Also from Delhi, Louisiana, Ricky brings a strong work ethic and dedication to serving the Lord. He is currently an office manager for an irrigation company and previously worked for Jimmy Strong's rent-to-own company. Ricky is married to Karen and they have been blessed with two children, Weston and Joely.

Stephen Young, tenor vocalist for SQ, is originally from Marietta, Georgia, but now resides in Delhi, Louisiana with his wife Amanda (also from Georgia originally) and daughters Sarah, Virginia, and Amariah. Stephen has a deep passion for worshipping the Lord with music, and he brings plenty of energy to the group. Stephen is a fisheries biologist and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and fishing.
